Ultimately what I'm trying to bring out is the connection between the emotional state of people in a workplace that impacts the financial state of an organisation.

I'm not always conscious of the power of our voice.

We all have this potential, we are all capable of more than we let ourselves believe.

And when that's present, then you have the good stuff. And for me, the good stuff is that you're creating that environment for people to flourish and thrive." Sheila Walsh.
